Bellevue Borough in Allegheny County is seeking a full time Building Code Official for code enforcement, property maintenance and to serve as the Borough’s Zoning Officer.
Associate degree plus 2 years of experience in construction, architecture, engineering, building inspection, planning, or zoning OR high school diploma (or GED) and 5 years of experience; BCO certification also required. Additional UCC certifications desirable. Salary up to $60,000 (set by ordinance) and up to $3,000/annually for certifications, plus generous benefits.
